Mr Hall was cycling along a road on his way home from his mother’s house when his accident took place. Whilst he was cycling past the area of Willenhall Memorial Park in the West Midlands, the front wheel of his bicycle entered into a pothole causing him to lose control and fall forwards. In an attempt to save himself, Mr Hall put his right hand out. As he landed, he immediately felt a great deal of pain in his wrist, which rapidly began to swell.
After visiting the hospital and undergoing various x-rays and scans, it was decided that there was no fracture in the wrist, and Mr Hall underwent physiotherapy for his injury. This case was settled in the sum of £5.9K.
