Our policy is to only help those with a genuine claim and as a business, we undertake every measure to ensure our team will never seek to contact an individual unless they have expressed a prior interest in our services.
In fact, in the case of many new enquiries, Smith Jones has been recommended to the prospective client by a friend or family member that has been pleased with the service they received.
Whilst we do market our existing client database we do not wish to cause irritation or distress and will therefore always provide an easy way to unsubscribe from marketing communications should they become too frequent in the recipient’s opinion.
Unfortunately, there are instances where companies and individuals may fraudulently pose as ‘Smith Jones’ in an effort to gather details from you. Your details could then potentially be passed on (usually in return for a fee) to firms who may be willing to source new personal injury clients in this manner. May we assure you that as a company Smith Jones do not cold call or send unsolicited texts and do not agree with this practice.
