In May 1988, Paul Smith founded Smith Jones Solicitors, to be joined by Alec Graham in 1991, Dermot Woodhead in 1998, Peter Jones in 2001 and finally Craig Bibby in 2007. All the partners have extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation but also a national reputation in this field of the law.
OUR COMPANY NOW
Smith Jones is a specialist personal injury practice representing people that have been injured through the fault of others. Unlike many firms of solicitors, Smith Jones puts all its resources into representing injured people. It’s what we do – It’s all we do.
An accredited Personal Injury Practice by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) and members of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Smith Jones boasts a team of highly qualified Solicitors with many years of experience in Personal Injury Claims.
We deal with often complex legal processes to maximise recovery of compensation for our clients and have won tens of millions of Pounds for our clients in the past two years, testimony to the quality of the service we provide. Smith Jones is a forward-thinking firm equipped to adapt to the ever-changing world of Personal Injury. We understand that one approach does not fit all and you can rest assured that the advice we give is based upon years of experience and tailored to get you the result you deserve.
At Smith Jones Solicitors we have earned ourselves an excellent reputation amongst clients and other law firms for getting results, even in more complex cases that other practices may reject early on. We have a proven track record of issuing court proceedings effectively, maximising the amount of compensation secured and taking on a high volume of difficult and “risky” cases. These cases are often passed to us by other firms and we almost always go on to successfully complete these cases for the claimant.
Our specialist status in one area of law allows us to apply all of our expertise to Personal Injury cases with none of the distractions that mixed practices face. We believe this is the key to our growing success.
